Arthritis Society, BC & Yukon Division
The
Arthritis Society – BC and Yukon Division acts in
the interest of people affected by arthritis by promoting
and funding research, care, education and advocacy. The Arthritis
Society provides hope for people living with the more than
100 types of arthritis through education, support, solutions
and research.
 The
Arthritis Research Centre of Canada
The
Arthritis Research Centre of Canada conducts practical
research into the prevention, treatment and self-management
of arthritis for Canadians. They envision a world without
arthritis.
 The
BC Summer Swimming Association (BCSSA)
The BC Summer
Swimming Association (BCSSA) promotes, and encourages
the development of athletes and volunteers through participation
in speed swimming, diving, water polo and synchronized swimming.
Through its member clubs, BCSSA will provide opportunities
for training, competition and activities in communities throughout
BC and surrounding areas.
BCSSA promotes the development of an individual’s capacity
to achieve excellence and life skills through participation
in competitive aquatic activities.
